An Aries with powerful curved horns is the image chosen by Casa Setaro to decorate the beautiful label of this Aryete, Vesuvio DOC, 100% Caprettone. An ancient vine of Campania origin, this grape risked extinction, being for a long time almost completely forgotten and ignored by local producers, more interested in working with simpler, more profitable varieties. Fortunately, this pearl of our ampelographic heritage has been saved by a few enlightened companies, such as Casa Setaro, which have decided to return to this grape to produce modern and interesting wines.

A Fiano with a bouquet rich in aromas but not 'posed'. Citrus and balsamic freshness are immediately present. The wood used in both vinification and ageing is very well balanced. The Lacryma Christi Bianco Munazei from the Casa Setaro winery is a wine with a delicate flavour, characterised by clear mineral and maritime hints, which are its calling card. A bottle that retains its fragrance, both in the nose and in the mouth, thanks to vinification and ageing carried out only in steel, and that goes well with the seafood cuisine typical of southern Italy. To be tasted in order to discover a Campania vine that is little cultivated within the regional borders.
